Disclosures
I’ve jumped on the blogger full-disclosure bandwagon because I think it’s important my readers be aware of potential biases, be they real or imagined.
I promise to provide you honest, objective and useful advice to the best of my ability. I’ve never been one to do something dishonest or disingenuous for an easy dollar.
With that said, I do hope to make some money of this website by advertising and affiliate programs to products I think are genuinely useful. However, I will never endorse a product or service that I have not used and been satisfied with.
With that in mind, I offer you these commitments:
- I will offer honest and useful information as best as I can. If something is wrong, please let me know, and I will try to fix it immediately.
- I will not pilfer content in the sake of driving traffic to my meager site. If I do use other works, I intend to fully credit and link back to them, so you don’t miss anything yourself.
- I will never endorse a product I don’t think is useful. And I mean that sincerely, I will avoid the get rich quick schemes that permeate these sorts of sites, because I know that they will not work for most.
- If I receive paid compensation for linking you to a product or service, I will tell you.
- The advertising is just that. If you see something that interests you, great. If not, I hope it doesn’t distract you.
